Terms and Conditions

We will do our very best to collect your Christmas tree, however sometimes for various reasons, trees aren't collected. Your email confirmation will contain details about how to contact us if this is the case. If your tree still hasn't been collected by Thursday 16 January, then unfortunately we are unable to collect it. We understand that this is disappointing, however because the collection relies on volunteers to collect the trees, we don't always have the resources beyond the collection dates. We apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
 
Donations are non-refundable and non-transferable. If necessary, St Peter's Hospice reserves the right to cancel this event at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. For example, it may not take place due to snow or sleet that may be dangerous for the collection teams. If the collection cannot go ahead due to adverse weather, then St Peter's Hospice will not be able to collect the trees due to the vast number of volunteers and local businesses needed to allow the collection to go ahead.
